Care
Before first use, remove all labels and wash the pan in warm soapy water, then dry thoroughly.
After use, allow the pan to cool before washing with warm, soapy water. The pan should always be completely clean before being stored.
For the best performance and longevity, use SCANPAN cookware for its intended purpose. Avoid oil from aerosol sprays, as this can impair the non-stick coating, and do not store food in the pan. Always clean the pan with detergent and avoid rapid heating and cooling.
