Its recycled cast aluminium and stainless steel construction provides fast, even heat distribution, while the microtextured cooking surface is designed for excellent food release and durability.

The brushed stainless steel exterior and ergonomic handle give the pan a professional appearance, while its versatile construction makes it suitable for all hob types, including induction, and for oven cooking.
