The SCANPAN CS+ Dutch Oven With Lid combines five-layer construction with SCANPAN's advanced Stratanium+ non-stick surface. The stainless steel and aluminium construction provides fast, even heat distribution and excellent heat retention, making it suitable for casseroles, stews, soups, sauces and one-pot meals.
The matching lid helps retain moisture and flavour, while the brushed stainless steel exterior and ergonomic handles give the Dutch oven a durable and professional finish. Suitable for all hob types, including induction, and oven safe up to 260°C.

Care
Dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to help maintain the exterior finish. Allow the cookware to cool before cleaning and avoid overheating the non-stick surface.
