SCANPAN Impact Tagine 32cm

TAGINE cooking enables you to transform fresh and tasty ingredients into exciting and exotic dishes. The tagine can be used on the cooker, in the oven at 260°C, or on a gas burner, e.g. the gas burner of a grill. The tagine's base also functions as a serving dish that keeps the food warm. The conical lid perfectly mixes and preserves the flavours of ingredients. With the tagine, you can make unique, rich dishes full of flavour.
Steel and aluminium each with their strong points

The Impact series is stainless steel cookware, refined with a sandwich base with an aluminium core. The result is solid pots and pans that heat quickly. Steel is known for its tremendous durability. And who doesn't want hear-wearing cookware! It is also well-known that aluminium is a far better heat conductor than steel. Therefor, products in the Impact line are constructed with an aluminium base - in fact is it an aluminium plate surrounded by stainless steel, which furthermore makes the series suitable for all cooktops, incl. induction.
