Who are HAUS?

Since 2004, independently owned importer and distributor HAUS have offered high quality and highly respected industry leading brands to the Housewares industry. Brands that share the same ethics in terms of design, enthusiasm, aspiration and a willingness to ensure that our retailers have all the tools and support to ensure a successful now and in the future.

Offering a range of products, covering many suitable price points, to suit keen domestic cooks through to professional chefs, products that not only enhance the culinary journey but perform, look and feel beautiful in the home.

HAUS are the sole importers and distributors for key European brands. Those brands are Emile Henry, Koziol, SCANPAN, Veritable and Wusthof. HAUS control the UK retail and corporate distribution, customer service and marketing from our offices and warehouse in Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire.

The HAUS team work with the same core values to satisfy the needs of every retailer and consumer. Their sales, marketing, accounts and dispatch work closely together to provide exemplary customer service. Aiming to always deliver immediate dispatch and premium aftercare. Stock is held to fulfil a same-day dispatch for orders prior to 2pm, wherever possible, and we offer a next working day delivery service to most parts of the UK. We also have a low carriage paid value to help our customers easily obtain specialist items.

We are of course passionate about helping our retailers create informative and attractive arenas for our brands through merchandising, promotional activities, point-of-sale material and retailer training.
