Moul'flex for making cakes, flans, ice-cream, etc., original and creative, in the shape of the Eiffel Tower.
Suitable for hot and cold preparations alike.
Black coloured mould : absorbs heat and distributes it evenly; providing very good caramelisation of pastries.
High quality pure platinum silicone; flexible and peroxide free.
This mould can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +280°C.
The inner surface has a smooth texture; natural non-stick and makes for easy turning out on your baked goods.
Grease before first use. Baking in traditional oven, microwave oven or bain-marie.
Use:
- Do not heat the empty moulds
- Do not place under a grill.
- Do not use sharp objects on the tray.
- Hand wash only
Tip: put the mould on a grate or a perforated baking tray for a better flow of hot or cold air.
