The De Buyer Choc Resto 32cm Frying Pan is a professional-quality non-stick pan designed for gentle, precise cooking, reheating and warming. Made from extra-thick 5mm aluminium, it provides excellent heat distribution and a steady rise in temperature, while its induction-compatible stainless steel base makes it suitable for all hob types, including induction.

The pan features a high-performance 5-layer non-stick coating that provides excellent release and durability, making it particularly well suited to delicate foods such as fish, vegetables and other ingredients that benefit from controlled cooking without excessive browning.

Its Lyonnaise shape allows food to slide easily from the pan onto a plate, while the sturdy riveted steel handle provides a secure and comfortable grip. The handle is also resistant to temperatures of up to 200°C for up to 10 minutes in the oven.
